Hey!
I have the latest version of cacti running on ubuntu 11.04. The default data and graphs that were there when installed work ok.
I followed the tutorial to setup my first graph... http://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/htm ... T_TO_GRAPH
But the graph didn't draw...
I have continuously tried different things, looked through the logs, to no joy.
Manually running the cmd.php and poller.php files also work, I can see the call to my script and I can see the output from it, with no errors.
It even says it is updating the rrd file, but it only puts NaNs in.
I have now reached the point of using rrdtool to debug my rrd file...
I set up a brand new Data Source in Cacti, the rrd file got created and i looked inside it and it was already full of NaN data.
I am now at the point of frustration, why can I not get a simple graph to draw from the most simple script!? Why is it filling my rrd with NaN data?
All help is welcome, thanks in advance.

I have, I did not find anything untoward.
The only thing I found weird was that I changed the cron and poll times to 1 minute, but they are still going every 5 minutes...
Related, this was in the cacti log...
POLLER: Poller[0] WARNING: Cron is out of sync with the Poller Interval! The Poller Interval is '60' seconds, with a maximum of a '300' second Cron, but 301 seconds have passed since the last poll!
Thanks

There's a thread on 1 min polling in the HowTo section that might help
