Error adding new devices to Cacti

This a brand new installation of Cacti v0.8.7g on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x64 edition. When I try to add a new device I get the following error:

Error: Save Failed: Field Input Error (Check Red Fields).

There are no field that light up red in color.


Console> Devices> (Edit)

the cacti technical support page show any problems?
