since 2006 we did not do any software IOS image update , the current image version is : 23.0.2

as you see we have a problem (software PANIC) , so i did search and i found that to update the IOS image may solve this issue but we did not have a support contract !
can you send to us the a patch release to update our image or a new image if possible , its urgent , the switch reboot many times every day
