poller.php - rrd files not created

The poller is not creating .rrd files
When I run php /usr/share/cacti/lib/poller.php, I do not get any output on the screen or in the log - set to DEBUG
I have reviewed the permissions on the rra folder
I have gone through the witness' links and have come up empty

Solved this - /lib/ is not in the poller path

I was able to get this working on an EC2 instance with Amazon Linux, 1 minute polling, and spine
