[SOLVED] Problems installing, not showing in console...

Cacti Version 0.8.7g
PA v2.8
Settings 0.7
Thold 0.4.4

Plugin installs fine but not showing in Console. Any ideas? Thanks.

Plugins are installed, but not enabled.
Click green arrow icon.

how to proses intalling on windows ? I will try to installing this plugin on cacti windows,
