HOWTO merge 2 cacti servers

Hellow! I have 2 servers with Cacti 0.8.7g. One in my branch and 1 in to the central office. I want a central server monitors a network of affiliates. And in order to download information on main channels between the branches of the central server would take a branch server. This question would be implemented in a plugin Weathermap. I think I found the solution. Actually, you can make to the plugin Veathermap display information from different servers. But the solution is very laborious. Simply, instead of referring to the local server, you must specify a reference to a specific *. rrd file with a description of the interface.
