Juniper MPLS LSP index/names issue (oid returns hex string)

Post by philxor »

I've searched and seen a few threads on this with no real answers as to how to fix it. Using the standard OID via a Cacti snmp_query XML file to return a list of MPLS LSPs on a Juniper router returns the names, which are also the Index values, in HEX-String format which is not really human readable. If I'm using snmpwalk/snmpget and load the MPLS MIB, the values are displayed as a string value which is human readable. I know Cacti does not use MIBs, is there any way to do a Hex to String conversion on these returned values?
