draw a graph by reading a .txt file

Hi all,

I have a txt file as below which is updated every one minute by our core device. I need to show this value as a graph on cacti. how can I do this?

this text file has two different parametres. first parameter is top value and this value is stable. second parameter is variable and changes every a minute.

call_value_for_a 300 58
call_value_for_b 250 180
call_value_for_c 100 90
