SQL error *URGENT*

everytime i try to enter the web interface,
http://192.168.10.7/cacti/
this error comes up, as it leads me to this link : http://192.168.10.7/cacti/install/
i really dont know what happened can anyone help?

This error may also be generated if the cacti database user does not have correct permissions on the cacti database. Please ensure that the cacti database user has the ability to SELECT, INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE, CREATE, ALTER, DROP, INDEX on the cacti database.

i can enter the site but everytime i shut down VMWare and boot it up again, i cannot enter the front end interface.

it always shows me this error message in the VMWare:

Starting MySQL… kill 7149: no such process.

something like this

It seems that MySQL could not create socket file. See error log.
But if so, this is not Cacti's matter.
