No Traffic Graphs from Cisco Devices

Post by kirky »

All other graphs for Cisco Devices work fine, but I cannot see any traffic graphs for our devices.

When running the php.exe cmd.php from the command line I see the following error message.

update c:\apache\htdocs\cacti/rra/nlamsbprg01_traffic_in_304.rrd --template traffic_out:traffic_in N:3102453535:2926911566
ERROR: opening 'c:\apache\htdocs\cacti/rra/nlamsbprg01_traffic_in_304.rrd': No such file or directory
update c:\apache\htdocs\cacti/rra/nlamsbprg01_traffic_in_305.rrd --template traffic_in:traffic_out N:2977759937:2474319168
ERROR: opening 'c:\apache\htdocs\cacti/rra/nlamsbprg01_traffic_in_305.rrd': No such file or directory

Any ideas?

The issue seems to be that the files do not exist, should these files not be created when you create the graph instance??

1. Make sure the files do in fact exist in that path
2. Check the permissions on them, and make sure whatever account cacti runs under the context of, has access to those files.

PS - This is the Linux/Unix specific forum. But I'm sure you meant to post this question in the Win32 forum, you just clicked the wrong link. :D
