Problem after graph deletion to add a new graph

Post by Guest »

Hi,

I'm new to cacti and I've got a problem when I delete a graph in the "graph magement" menu.

For example, I add an interface for polling (eg eth0 on a cisco router) via the new graph menu. After a while, I decide to delete this graph, in the graph management; but if I want to add the graph for this interface (eth0) once again, I can't because the line is gray and there is no tick box.

Thanks very much.

I have the same problem but I'm not very happy that I have to delete my data source to 'fix' this. This means I'm losing my history as well.

Isn't there any other way to fix this ?

All the "history" is stored in the rrd file which the data source points to. Note the rrd file used and manually re-assign it back to the data source when recreated.
