I am running Cacti Web Interface and I am getting anomalies where the given percentages of total dynamic power adds up to much less than 100%. In the sample output, the total dynamic power of both data and tag array add up to barely 26%. Where is the other 74%? Why is the power for charging the bitlines so low? Please help. The input parameters are attached.
