trouble with first run http://localhost/index.php

ActivePerl-5.6.1.638-MSWin32-x86
rrdtool-1.0.40.x86
cacti-0.8.5a

when i go http://localhost/index.php
i have error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: db_fetch_cell() in C:\www\cacti\include\auth.php on line 30


how can fix this error ?

i solved this problem
install this version cacti. and all work
cacti-0.8.5 (without "a")

In what there can be a difference between these versions?
