Problem with graphs

Hello, guys. I have a problem. Some graphs are torn. It lasts for a day. I've checked some of them and have found that instead of some values they have "nan" I've read that "If a Script Server Script is terminated due to timeout conditions, the value entered into the rrd file will be NaN". This problem is with some devicesmaybe 15-20 or so. In general I have 121 - devices and 11763 graphs for them. I've tried to increase time for 40 sec. Is this will help if I change Maximum "Threads per Process", now it's 10,"Script and Script Server Timeout Value" - now it's 1, "The Maximum SNMP OID's Per SNMP Get Request" now it's 50.

What can be done?

By the way. Can it be due to sql-database, I don't think so,because first cacti get information and then it insert simeone into database.....but...
