CACTI on dual-core Atom 330 & 2GB RAM

I'd like to use CACTI and I have a ZOTAC MAG with Debian (2.6.26-2-686) available.

At the moment I'm using it for a couple of websites (apache2), but I'd like to install CACTI.
Do you think CACTI can work well on this cheap-server?
