Paid Support?

Cacti Gang-
My company is looking to get some paid support for our Cacti and Rancid installations at managed customer sites. We have the personnel on staff, but they are swamped with other billable work that I'd rather farm this out. What I'm looking for is a reasonably priced consultant to engage on a retainer basis for 15 Cacti and Rancid servers. We'll be growing the solution as we sign up additional customers and need someone to assist with tasks such as:

* Troubleshooting customer issues (mySQL, crashes, etc)
* Upgrading old customer releases to more recent code
* Updating network maps
* Documenting standard processes to install Rancid agents

We're also looking for a NOC Engineer for full time work, so if you are interested in doing one or both, we should talk.
