graph snmp data problem

Hello i have tried to graph some snmp data
bsdhost# snmpget -v2c -cololo 192.168.1.1 1.3.6.1.4.1.15.2
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.15.2 = STRING: "8191.60295425464"
How i can create template to graph this value ?
