GPSMaps and Weather Radar Overlay

has anyone got this working? if so how, i have searched all over the place and cant figure out how to get it going. i have the base GPSmaps plotting my hosts just fine, but would love to have a radar imagine overlayed on top of it.

also wondering if i can have multiple devices show up with the same gps coordinates. i have a noc with several devices that are being monitored in the same facility and it would be great if clicking on the one push pin would bring up the box with multiple devices other than just one.
