snmp agent responding intermittently

We have bunch of HP blade servers that are running Windows R2. We are seeing that snmp agent is very intermittent on this type of servers. I was curious to see if anyone else is seeing this problem and what needs to be done to remedy?

Try increasing the snmp timeout
