Hi All,
We currently have our customer portal which has customers log into. When the customer logs into there portal they click on View Graphs their account is associated with a cacti account and a connection is made to the cacti server allowing the login to be transparent (i think this is done using a form and java script)
The problem we have encountered is if you use the link and connect to the cacti server the first time it works perfectly (this is opened in a new tab within your browser), if however you you close this tab and then click on the link again to connect to cacti you get the Access Denied Page, from here you can either Remove your cookie from your local machine, or you can click the Login Again link on the cacti Access denied page (this prompts you with the standard user name and password cacti login screen (obviously the customer at this point has no clue what credentials are used in the back end to connect to cacti) ) then close that tab and then re-click the link to connect to cacti again (this works)
You can also before closing the cacti tab, click the logout button then close the tab, which seems to work
Anyone know a way of getting round this?
thanks Mithandra
Can anyone help me please?
