templates for foundry switch(FGS648P) FAN, PoE & memory

Hi,
I have installed cacti-0.8.7e on CentOS5.5 & i am able to access localhost graph. But my requirements is to monitor the memory status, FAN status & PoE status of my foundry switch(FGS648P).

So please help me to find the templates for the said items or the procedure to make templates for the same.

I would recommend you to read the cacti manual. There you can find some basic information about how to do your first graph

After that, depending if your device is SNMP capable or not, you should read more information (advanced topics, templates, etc....), even with some useful examples.
