Cacti expert needed

First and foremost, I apologize if this is not appropriate content for this specific part of the forum. If so, please let me know. I'm not trying to step on any toes here.

I am a technical recruiter and have a client in the Northern CA area that has asked us for help with their Cacti application. They currently have Cacti up and running but are experiencing significant performance issues. They are a mixed environment of Windows and UNIX platforms with about 1200 servers spread across 3 global data centers. The consultant will need to come in and do a review of the current state of Cacti within their environment, make recommendations on solving the performance issues and lastly implement the changes in order to improve the performance of the application. This is an immediate need and the client can confirm this position before the new year. This will be a 3+ month contract in the Bay Area. Pay rate is fairly open and we can accomodate W2 or Corp to Corp on this (no 1099 though).
