[solved] Upgrade from e to g

Post by tarzan_055 »

Hi
I have been trying to solve this problem a while and still no luck. i thought i would try everything before posting. anyway i follow the upgrade manual as written exaclty and everything works just fine except i dont get any graphis on the tree view. i checked everything and it seems that copying the global.php file is the couse for this problem. am running cacti on ubuntu 9.10 server edition. any help will be greatly appriciated. i wounder if there is a way to install the G edition directly using the apt-get as it would makes life much easier.
regards to all

With 087g, indeed the file layout for config.php and global.php was changed. Modifications are required for config.php alone.
