Thumbnail not showing in Tree mode

Post by duncan caldwell »

I have just upgraded my Cacti from Debian 4 to 5 and at the same time upgraded php from 4 to 5

When I go into Cacti all my settings and stuff are there, and it all seems to work ok.
However when I go into Tree mode I do not see the thumbnails of the graphs, But when I click on the text for the graphs they display correctly.
If I view the source for the page with the thumbnails I can see the url to display them but they do not show

Code: Select all

cacti/graph_image.php?local_graph_id=1026&rra_id=0&graph_height=150&graph_width=325&graph_nolegend=true&view_type=tree&graph_start=1291851912&graph_end=1291938312
When I try entering this URL manually in to the browser I get an error saying
The Image "http://netstats.apn.co.nz/cacti/cacti/g ... 1291938312" can not be displayed because of an error.
I am running 0.8.7b version of cacti and I have tried apt-get install cacti and this reports that it is the latest version.

I realize that 0.8.7g is current release and I am willing to upgrade to it is you can let me know how to do it on Debian 5.

I have tried on both Mozilla and IE and get similar results.

Thanks this was the problem. Changing the RRD version fixed the graphs.
