I am using Cacti 0.8.7g on gentoo with rrdtool 1.4.3 an having problems with empty graphs. I have about three graphs which work perfectly, but all which I added during the last days don't work. It's just running on my desktop computer and I want to graph the return data of some shell scripts.
The script returns for example:
ram:0.7 swap:1.0
And I have added a Data Input Method with the script path "bash <path_cacti>/scripts/usedmemory.sh" and two Outputfields named ram and swap. I've created a Data Source and a Graph. But the Graph is empty.
The last log line is:
The rra folder lists:12/08/2010 11:00:02 PM - SYSTEM STATS: Time:0.2830 Method:cmd.php Processes:1 Threads:N/A Hosts:2 HostsPerProcess:2 DataSources:11 RRDsProcessed:11
