Cacti Stop Graphing

Post by tvirath »

Hi Everyone,

I have Cacti 8.7b running for awhile now. Then suddenly, it stop graphing. I can connect to it through the web-interface but nothing shown for the graph. When I turned on the Graph Debug Mode, I receive the following error messages:

RRDTool Command:

GRAPH ACCESS DENIED

RRDTool Says:

GRAPH ACCESS DENIED

Have anyone run into similar issue? Thank you in advance.

If I may; check your rra folder permissions and make sure the right permissions are in place. To be more effective you'll need to give a whole lot more information about your system like the OS etc.

My system is CactiEZ and thus runs CentOS so my permissions are User=root Group=apache for the individual rrd files within the rra folder.
(var/www/html/rra)

Also check your logs and turn up debugging.

Cacti 8.7b running on Solaris 10. I have checked the cacti.log file and there is no error message. I have checked the /rra directory and found that it is empty!!! Do you know what can cause my /rra to be empty?
