alternative messages for alarms

It would be nice to have the possibility of sending in the thold email some instructions specific to the alarm.
Something like 'try to follow this action before calling the on call person)'
Of course the alarms are different and have different way of coping.

Is it a feature already planned for next release?

There currently is no way to do it per threshold, but you can add notes per device.
On your device, there is a "Note" field. In settings / Thold, if you edit the default message, you can add <DEVICENOTE>. Its not in the list on the side, but it should work. I will see about allowing you to completely customize the alerts per threshold in the next few versions.

I second this motion for customized alerts. At least per THOLD Template. I have some templates based on percentages, some on exact values, some on CDEFs, it would be nice to tailor the message to explain the difference between those templates.
