Slow script means that I can't run 1min polling

Hi all, need some help with this one.

I've just got a new install of Cacti running at a client site, they want 1min polling which is fine, except that there is 1 host which needs a script run on it which takes around 2mins to run. Spine takes about 15sec to process all the other hosts, and then 2mins for the scripts on host x.

Is there a way to split out host x or the script so that I can run all the other hosts with 1min polling?
