cacti - no graphs

PHP 5.2.10 (cli)

ls -l ./
drwxrwxrwx  2 cacti  apache   12288 Nov 22 15:52 rra

problem: rrd file update only when i view graphs by browser; if i not view the graphs - rrd file not create and not update.
poller runned under cacti work ok; not error; in cacti.log - not error. all ok.
ps. sorry for english. i am from Russia.

Which user runs your crontab/cacti poller? Is he permitted to update the files?

what does poller.log tell you? DO you see "rrdtool update" there?
