Issues with Latency on PING Graph

Hi All,

Just would like to raise an inquiry regarding graphs I have for PING. Thing is I'm trying to graph a Cisco router using Cacti Version 0.8.7e. It shows:

and the PING seems to be showing around 1-5% packet loss. Real time tests does not show any of the said packet loss happening so I'm quite confused if it is a bug on the CACTI application. Please advise if there is anyway that I can tweak the said graph. I usually just create graphs just by clicking options on CACTI. Is their a more intrusive way to do it?
