Nagios Plugin for Cacti??

Hello, i'm trying to get the nagios plugin for cacti,
i went to this site http://www.constructaegis.com/downloads ... 0.4.tar.gz to get the latest release, but i got nothing..
is npc still available?? or something had replace it??
