A problem for syslog-ng & mysql

Is using cacti 0.87e PA2.6 syslog0.54. Syslog log data is currently in the database, are ready to upgrade syslog1.04, found 1.04 syslog with the use of the database is using the cacti's own database, set this and not the same as my original, I should be how to make syslog1 .04 to the database as the source syslog， thank u

If I'm understanding correctly, I think I'm having a similar issue. I was using CactiEZ 0.6 which has Cacti 0.8.7c. I upgraded to Cacti 0.8.7g, upgraded the PA to 2.8, and Spine to 0.8.7g. I upgraded the Settings plugin to the latest version and Syslog to the latest version, everything shows as running yet I collect no Syslogs.
