cacti graph gap

Hi,

i'm encountering a 20 minutes gap on our graphs daily on the snmp based devices. need assistance whether some of you encounter this and found any workaround.

below is the current version of our cacti.

Version: 0.8.7e
Plugin Architecture
Version: 2.6

When running a tcpdump, does the snmp request exist? And the response is received?

Oh, that's beyond my capabilities; this is not done in 5 minutes.
Then, please see the log around the times, were the gaps occur and tell us your findings

as i notice on the logs, gaps happens around 3:00-3:20AM and 12:00-12:20PM and the error i think might be related are the following:

This will happen, when the poller runs twice. In that case, updates with identical keys will occur. So please check all crontabs ...
