Weathermap 0.97a header issues

I recently upgraded Cacti to 0.8.7g from e.
Then upgraded to the latest plug-in architecture 2.8
I then upgraded weathermap from 0.941 to 0.97a.

The Graph and console are fine but when i go to the weathermap, the header is not rendering at all and the links to the images plus PHP pages are 2 directories out.

E.g.

From the console page when i hover over the Graph tab i get http://cacti/graph_view.php

If i do this from the weathermap i get http://cacti/plugins/weathermap/graph_view.php

Any suggestions?
