Autom8 graph creation and verbose data query

Hi all.
I setup autom8 rules for creation of new graphs.
Rules say:
For routers and switches: add graph for interfaces with admin status "UP"
For loadbalancers and packet shapers: add graph for every item where description is not unknown

In both cases, item add while running the infrastructure, by configuring new ports or new VIP on devices.
I'd like to add automatically graphs for new ports or new VIP , but this is done only when I refresh indexes using "verbose data query" on the device page.

Is there a way to autom8 even this task? A script to put in crontable?

This is done by selecting the appropriate "ReIndex Method", e.g. "Index Count Changed".
Else, you may schedule a "php -q rebuild_index_sth" (I don't remember exactly) out of the cli directory
