Thold dead host notification not working

Hallo

Thold shows Staus down but is not sending any email.
The Dead Hosts Notifications is enabled in console/settings/Alerting/Thold.
The table plugin_thold_log is empty.
The email setup is tested and works fine.
No Errors in cacti log (clog plugin).
CLOG 1.6, MONITOR 1.2, Settings 0.7, Thold 0.42 are installed.
(win 2k3 x64, iis 6, PHP 5.2.14 MySql 5.1 fastcgi, cacti 0.8.7, PA 2.8, spine 0.8.7 and all pathes are installed)

Any idea what is wrong ?

have u checked Dead Host Notification "checkbox" check this box
and Enter email where you want to send that alert.

yes all settimgs are ok.

i have upgraded to PA 2.9.beta2 and is working.
Dead notifikation and breached thold email works fine.

No idea why was not working with PA 2.8.
