problem with PIA 2.8 and cacti 0.8.7g - some plugin layouts

the following are now broken layout

clog
syslog
thold

all at latest versions from docs site.

the exact problem is the links at the top of the page are text only in a weird font.

and the main page font is also too big eg clog shows in a font too big. This was fine in 0.8.7e and pia 2.6.
