SQL 2008 monitoring in Cacti Windows

I have deployed Cacti 0.8.7g in my Windows 2003 server, with SNMP Informant Standard ed..
I need to monitor my SQL 2005/2008 instances, using my Cacti Windows.

I have searched the Cacti forums , but all templates and solutions is adapted to Cacti Linux based.

Is there any templates to allow me monitor SQL 2005/2008, using my Cacti Windows?
