where can i set "Engine ID" of SNMpv3 on cacti?

where can i set "Engine ID" of SNMpv3 on cacti?

1:when add a new device and I want to use snmpv3. As snmpv3 RFC defines "Engine ID". But I coudn't find where can I set on the page.
2: Snmpv3 password is authentication password?

Hello, a hardware vendor is currently requesting that the SNMPv3 Engine ID parameter be manually set in order to be able to graph their latest tech.

It seems that the feature hasnt been implemented since this request was posted, so we would like to know the current status.
