SNMP error

Hi
i am facing SNMP error on windows server 2003 computer
and Ping Latency is not working.
I have windows network server 2000, XP ,Server 2003 and 2008.
1. Can we add more graph template.
2. Ping Latency is not working all the graph show blank please find the attachment.
3. How to configure Thold Plugin for cacti 8.7e
4. Only Host MIB Logger in User and Host MIB Processes is show graph.

Hi.
i have getting some graph data now but there is some problem in my ping latency.
Kindly help me i am waiting for your reply.

i have read many times installation guide and installed patch also.

Follow http://docs.cacti.net/manual:087:4_help.2_debugging to track down why those graphs are not filled with data.
