real time plugin v0.43 error

The real time plugin works only manually.
If i run C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\plugins\realtime>php poller_rt.php --graph=83 --interval=5 --force –debug from dos box, each 5 sec manually then file is created and updated and graph is showing.
I have set user access rights correctly. (i believe !!!)
If i run it from the browser then no file is created and no graph is showing

I forgott the enviroment Info's
win 2003 R2 x64
IIS 6.0 (turn into 32 bit mode)
php-5.2.14-Win32
CGI
net-snmp 15.x
RRDTool 1.2.x
Cacti-Spine 0.8.7g
Cacti is working very well. Except the realtime plugin

The window is opened but broken image icon is showing.
After i run in a dos box the Command: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\plugins\realtime>php poller_rt.php --graph=83 --interval=5 --force –debug
and each 5 sec again and again the Graph is showing.

Any idea ?

I would run filemon and see what's happening under the covers. I use Apache and Realtime on Windows and I don't have a single problem.

Thanks for the response.

Filemon (ProcessMonitor) shows, that there is only QueryDirectory attempt and no CreateFile attempt from proccess php-cgi.exe

I am not experienced with ProcessMonitor, but i supose, from some reasons, that the realtime plugin is not tried to create the realtime_xx_5.rrd file like php poller_rt.php dos command.

I cannot use Apache, because there is another Program uses IIS.

Should popup URL be something else ?

I suspect that this has something to do with CGI mode PHP. Please seek out BSOD2600.

I have installed Fastcgi and configured it correctly.
Now is running and i believe also site performance is much better.
