problem with client NT

i use cacti 0.8.4 and when i chec client on 2K and 2003, it works but when i try to see information (Disk, interfaces, etc...) on NT client, it doesn't work.
sometimes i get "snmp error" in the corner and sometimes i just can obtain information about interface statistics but no mounted partitions.
