Post by furo83 »

Hi All,

i have the same problem:

http://forums.cacti.net/about27894.html&highlight=

but on Linux Debian.

DEBUG MODE:

RRDTool Command:

/usr/bin/rrdtool graph - \
--imgformat=PNG \
--start=-86400 \
--end=-300 \
--title="xxxxxxxxxxxxx - Used Space - |query_hrStorageDescr|" \
--rigid \
--base=1024 \
--height=120 \
--width=500 \
--alt-autoscale-max \
--lower-limit=0 \
--vertical-label="bytes" \
--slope-mode \
--font TITLE:12:/usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-bitstream-vera-1.10/VeraMono.ttf \
--font AXIS:8:/usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-bitstream-vera-1.10/VeraMono.ttf \
--font LEGEND:8:/usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-bitstream-vera-1.10/VeraMono.ttf \
--font UNIT:8:/usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-bitstream-vera-1.10/VeraMono.ttf \
DEF:a="/var/lib/cacti/rra/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxl_5611.rrd":hdd_total:AVERAGE \
DEF:b="/var/lib/cacti/rra/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.rrd":hdd_used:AVERAGE \
AREA:a#002A97FF:"Total" \
GPRINT:a:LAST:"Current\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:a:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:a:MAX:"Maximum\:%8.2lf %s\n" \
AREA:b#F51D30FF:"Used" \
GPRINT:b:LAST:" Current\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:b:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:b:MAX:"Maximum\:%8.2lf %s\n"

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/var/lib/cacti/rra/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxl_5611.rrd': No such file or directory

Why???

I tried to increase the timeout for that device to 3 or 5 seconds but nothing.

Is the entry in the poller cache? If so, run the script in debug mode. You can find the process to debug script server scripts in the manual under the script server section.

Yes, that is wrong. How did you create your graphs? Did you edit the host and then click the "Create Graphs" link?

Ok, the template is damaged. You need to download the official template from the template repository and re-import it.

You might as well delete those graphs too. Then re-create them.
