Help required on no rrd file generated

Help required on no rrd file generated

I have install cacti and all required software from "http://forums.cacti.net/about14946.html" web site. I reied to run the poller.php file it generate the log file which show the warning message like:

"09/01/2010 10:35:01 AM - POLLER: Poller[0] WARNING: Scheduled Task is out of sync with the Poller Interval! The Poller Interval is '300' seconds, with a maximum of a '300' second Scheduled Task, but 310 seconds have passed since the last poll!
09/01/2010 10:35:02 AM - SYSTEM STATS: Time:1.3281 Method:cmd.php Processes:2 Threads:N/A Hosts:2 HostsPerProcess:1 DataSources:0 RRDsProcessed:0"

Can any one help me to solve this problem????There is no rrd file generated.

I am using Apache:2.2.14
PHP: 5.2.14
MySQL: 5.0.88

You have to add devices and create graphs first.

no rrd file generated

I add the device and still I am getting the same error no rrd file generated..... and also getting warning message in cacti log as "Result from CMD not valid"...
