Configuring for Windows 2000, php 4.3.6, and IIS 5

I have Windows 2000, php 4.3.6 and IIS 5.

Will Cacti work with this configuration? If so can someone provide documentation because the windows install document does not quite match up with what I have.

What kind of issues are/where you having.
