Images broken in plugins

I have an install where when I go to my plugins my Images for the menus such as Console, Graphs, Cycle , Etc are broken.
IF I look at source code on the page the images are pointing to http://webcacti.com/plugins/monitor/plu ... fimage.gif

If I go to plugins/monitor/ and create /plugins/monitor/images and put the image in it works. But I would rather it point to the correct place. IS there a PHP file I need to edit to make this work.
It works the same if I use ip address/cacti instead of www.webcacti.com


I have 6 website running on this server if it makes a difference.
This was working until I upgraded to Cacti .8.7.8 and the latest plugin arch
The images look fine from Console and Graphs but when I click on a plugin the images break.

Please see the announcement on changes for include/config.php. I suppose you have to edit the URL_PATH
