PIA 2.8-"Plugin Management" missing from user admi

Post by Tadger »

I've successfully upgraded cacti from 0.8.7e to 0.8.7g..

but have had no success with upgrading the PIA which was working fine as 0.8.7e/2.6.

I used the prepatched files, copied the config.dist.php to config.php and ammended the db password. I download the new 2.8 compatiablt versions of settings and monitor.

I'm assuming I don't need to import the pa.ql file to the db, as it's identical to the 2.6 one...

However I see no trace of anthing to do with plugins in ther cacti GUI. the "Plugin Management" option is not availabe to set under user mangement, and after have trawled these forums fro an afternoon, I am stuck...

BTW, I have also set $config['url_path'] = '/cacti/'; in config.php

Some help would be appreciated to get the plugins working again...
