Poller.php error

Iam not able to create any graph for my Windows Xp host , I downloaded xml graph templ for Windows XP. My RRDTool output is

RRDTool Says:
ERROR: opening 'C:/Apache2.2/htdocs/cacti/rra/localhost_cpu01_38.rrd': No such file or directory

When i run poller.php through command prompt output is :
Parse error: Syntax error unexpected end in cmd.php in line 482, After then the output is Waiting on 2 of 2 pollers.
