cacti problems in win7

Hi everybody I am a beginner with cacti and I got this problem

Even I follow the right installation steps to install cacti 0.8.7.-e1.94 in windows 7. but all the devices I created are still down.
there are no graphs.

2) does a device respond to SNMP? if not, thats the first problem you need to fix.

also there is other error message .
ERROR: opening 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/rra/2/8.rrd': No such file or directory

What rrdtool version do you have set in cacti's settings?

As for 8.rrd not being created, check the cacti.log file to see if valid data is being retrieved from the device in question.
