Cacti Graph Brake Issue

Hi All,

With Cacti Version 0.8.7e i am facing graph break issue while polling the device (Juniper Carrier switch ethernet routers), during the problematic time frame observed snmp error.
changed the ping and snmp time out value to higner but no luck.
Not observed any network issue because other devices are polling properly, facing the issue with a prticular device.
Need support to fix the issue.
